Shipping policy

Production and shipping of products takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive to us. Since this release is a preorder please be patient with us while we receive your order and ship them out to you as soon as possible. If orders are delayed there will be a 3 - 7 weeks wait and you’ll be notified ASAP! If our policy exceeds the 2-3 or 3-7 weeks wait period you’ll automatically be notified about delays and when to expect your package. Most delays we can’t help due to our products being made overseas. Once you've ordered you will receive an order confirmation and after your item ships you'll receive a tracking number as well. Most orders should be delivered within 3 - 5 business days through our carrier USPS(United States Postal Service) once shipped.

Shipping Labels are printed 2-3 weeks before receiving items from manufacturer to make sure everything is sorted out correctly and packed correctly! WE DO NOT LIKE TO SEND ANYONE THE WRONG ITEMS!

Is my order lost? No, it's not LOST the shipping label only has been created. The package itself hasn’t been dropped off so please always stay updated to our IG @kaptureworldwide to see when packages and batches are dropped off!
